Comprises Honfleur Terminal and Honfleur Harbour. Honfleur Terminal, is under the jurisdiction of Rouen Port Authority and consists of Seine Quays No. 1, 2 and 3. Honfleur Harbour is under the jurisdiction of Normandy Regional Authority and comprises Bassin de l’Ouest (Old basin and West dock), Fore Port, Bassin de l’Est (East dock) and Bassin Carnot.

On the estuary of the River Seine on the NW coast of France opposite Le Havre, facing the English Channel.
