If you’re asked to show your passport and you don’t have it with you, the police may escort you to wherever your passport is being kept so that you can show it to them.

About The Port

A modern, multi-functional speciality port focused on dry bulk and breakbulk cargo. The southern section of the port serves as a transshipment facility for animal feedstock and grain (known as the Agri Terminal), while the northern section is used for handling forestry products, iron, steel, project cargo, wind energy components and sulphur. Within the inner harbour, accessible via sea lock, coastal motor vessels and barges can be cleared and handled.

In NW Germany on the river Weser, approx. 14 n.m. south of Bremerhaven.
